Originally called the Social Arts Club when it was built in 1875, the beautiful Beaux Arts landmark building was renamed The Rittenhouse Club in 1888, and served as an exclusive club for generations of Philadelphians.

Now known as The Rittenhouse Club Residences, the historic building’s façade has been preserved, while the building’s volume has been replaced with a new five-story building offering the city’s most spectacular private condominium residences.

Each residence at The Rittenhouse Club has treetop views, high ceilings, valet garage parking, a 24-hour doorman and access to the full menu of concierge services and amenities available to all residents of 10 Rittenhouse Square.
